I Can't Login...

Solution Before I can proceed with resetting your password, please provide me with the below information:

1. The email address you used to sign up for ASA and the password that was automatically created for you

2. Your membership level - Free/Basic/Premium

3. And if you're facing this login issue only after you upgrade, I'll need to know:

- The previous email you were using before the upgrade
- The new email you used for the upgrade and the password
- The transaction/receipt ID (you can find this either in the Clickbank receipt or the Paypal transaction receipt)
